Almost 25 and never a serious relationship?

I’ll be 25 in 3 months and my longest relationship (I’ve only dated 3 guys semi-seriously) has only lasted 3 months. Do you think I have commitment issues or have I just not met the right guy yet? I totally believe in soulmates so I just keep telling myself I haven’t met the right person. Should I see a shrink to see if maybe I subconciously sobatage my relationships?
