my bestfriend/ex boyfriend was murdered 2 weeks ago and we were together one last time before he was killed he said he had missed me since i had been away at school and he thought of me often. despite everything there was still a tenderness there we would always go back to one another. that night i saw him we slept in the same bed and he held me all night. the problem is now that hes gone idk if he was still in love with me i wonder if i had his heart when he went or part of it. I know he was dating another girl a couple of days after he slept weith me someone he knew from work and according to her myspqace profile their love was deep they were soulmates they had been dating like 3 dyas before he was killed hes known me for 3 years. plus his dad said he also spoke of me fondly to him often. so i dont know i think he loved this girl but i wonder if he loved me we had a history together and the connction we had was so powerful we remained close friends. how do i know whats real?

he is trying to come up with the money for it a 1000.00. plus after it is filed it takes 6 months b/c of his son involved. he was seperated in aug and we met and started dating in oct. now he says he needs time to figure out what he wants and is scared ill be like his ex. who cheated on him so much that he had to wait until his son was born to find out if it was his or not. plus she is pregant again and is due in june with another mans baby. my boyfriend says he doesnt know what to think and is afraid. his job maybe cutting his place and he is looking for another one before that happens. he is really stressed. is now not the time to date him. he says he loves me and feels we are soulmates.and wants to wait until he is fully divorced to focus on us. my question is how do i help him get through this tough situation and see that i wont be like her?

Here is the story. I swear it should be on a soap opera!
I met this guy when I was 15 years old in a small town outside of Chicago. We hit it off. We flirted and eventually started to “date” as much as two teenagers could. He moved to Baltimore and I stayed in Illinois until I was old enough to move(17). We stayed in touch for a little while(for about a year). I moved to Phoenix he had no clue where I was. One night when I got off of work I went into a store. I took one look at him and he took one look at me and since then we have been seeing each other on and off. How crazy is that he moved to Phoenix and I moved to Phoenix not knowing each other lived there. At the time he had a girlfriend and I had a boyfriend. I know that was wrong. I still feel kinda bad about it. He left his girlfriend and I left my boyfriend. We started to date each other for awhile. I couldn’t take it though. The rush and the thrill started to wear off and at the time I felt like I was too young to be in a realtionhship(I was 23 by this time). He moved on and I moved on but lately we have been hooking up once again. It’s like no matter how much we try to stay away from each other when we are together there is an energy that is unexplainable when we r together. Ur thoughts please. R we soulmates?
